I would like to share something with you if I may.
Many years ago I was suffering from Depression, Chronic Lower Back Pain, and I was a borderline alcoholic. I had reached a crossroad in my life were something had to be done. I decided to start exercising, and this decision saved my life.
Within weeks I was no longer depressed, my back pain was completely gone, and I was no longer drinking. At this point I decided to dedicate the rest of my life to inspiring people to exercise and live a healthier lifestyle. And for the past 20 years I have been lucky enough to have been doing this on a daily basis.
I spent the first 10 years as an Exercise Scientist and Personal Trainer, helping the general population become fitter/stronger, lose weight, and feel better.
More recently, I have been focusing on helping people with chronic injuries and illness experience the extraordinary effects of exercise. And due to the drastic and life-changing results that I see, I want this to be a large part of my role going forward.
